- How can I cancel my holiday?
If you wish to cancel your holiday, please follow these steps:
Send an email to: bookings@brunottisurfcamps.com
Make sure to include in your email:
Your full name
Your booking number
The reason for cancellation (optional)
We will then process your cancellation.
Please note: Cancellation fees may apply. You can find more information about this in our terms and conditions, under point 19.0.
If you have a cancellation insurance, make sure to check if you can get (part of) the costs reimbursed.
- When do I need to make the deposit payment?
After booking your holiday, a 25% down payment of the total travel sum is required. You can pay via iDEAL, credit card, or bank transfer. These payment options will be presented at the end of the booking process.
The down payment must be completed within 4 weeks after making the booking.
The remaining amount can be paid from 5 weeks before departure. You will automatically receive an email reminder for this.
- Are there lockers available at the surfcamp?
There are no lockers available at the surfcamp itself. However, lockers can be rented at the campsite reception for approximately €2.50 per day.
- Can any medication be refrigerated at the surf camp?
Yes, just ask the crew upon arrival and they will make sure it gets taken care of.
- Is there electricity available in the tents?
There is electricity available in all of our tents. Additionally, there are several charging points available in the communal tents at the surfcamp for charging your phone, camera, or tablet.
- I have dietary preferences and/or an allergy, can this be taken into account?
Our chefs make every effort to accommodate any allergies and dietary preferences. You can indicate this when making your booking and when booking your meal package on-site.
- Which sleeping items do we need to bring ourselves?
When you have booked a standard/premium bungalow or a glamping tent, you will need to bring your own sleeping bag and pillow. In our glamping tents and the premium bungalows, the bed is made with a mattress cover. In the regular bungalow tents, the airbeds are inflated. Bringing a cover for the airbed is optional. If you have booked a bus ticket, you can bring these items separately.
If you have booked a premium glamping tent, bed linen and a pillow are provided, so you do not need to bring them yourself.
